How it
works

Considering injectables for the first time — or switching providers? These are the questions we hear most at consultations, answered plainly.

If your question isn’t here, bring it to a consultation — every treatment plan starts with a conversation, and no question is too small.

Suitability is confirmed at a physician consultation — your skin, assessed properly.

Common Questions

Answered plainly

Is Botox® the same as filler?

No — they solve different problems. Botox® and Xeomin® relax the muscles that crease skin (frown lines, crow’s feet). Dermal fillers restore lost volume and smooth folds that are present even when your face is at rest. Many treatment plans combine both.

Will I look frozen or overdone?

Not at our clinic. Dr. Sarai doses conservatively and places precisely — the goal is that you look rested and refreshed, and nobody can tell why. You can always add more; you can’t take it away.

How long do results last?

Neuromodulators typically last 3–4 months. Belotero® dermal fillers last from 6 to 18 months depending on the product and area treated.

Does it hurt?

Injections use very fine needles and take minutes. Most clients describe a brief pinch. Numbing options are available for filler treatments in sensitive areas like lips.

Is there downtime?

You can return to your day immediately. Small bumps or pinpoint redness settle within hours; occasional light bruising can take a few days. We’ll give you simple aftercare guidance at your visit.

Why choose a physician injector?

Anatomy knowledge and safety. As a medical doctor, Dr. Sarai manages the full picture — assessment, treatment, and in the rare event of a complication, immediate medical management with prescription medications if needed.
