Scars
Every scar has a story — and a remodelling plan.

01Understanding
What’s really
going on
Scars — from surgery, injury, or acne — form when the skin heals quickly rather than neatly, laying down dense collagen that looks and feels different from the surrounding skin. Texture, colour, and depth all determine how visible a scar is.
Fractional laser resurfacing remodels scar tissue by replacing dense, disorganized collagen with fresh, healthy structure. Dr. Sarai assesses each scar individually and may combine HALO®, ProFractional™, or TRL™ across a series of sessions to progressively soften and flatten it.
Not sure which treatment is right for you? Every plan starts with a physician consultation — your skin, assessed properly.
03The Plan
Three Steps To Softer Scars
Assess
Each scar is assessed individually — texture, colour, and depth all shape which treatment will remodel it best.
Treat
A resurfacing series — HALO®, ProFractional™, or TRL™, sometimes combined — that progressively replaces dense scar tissue with healthy structure.
Maintain
Sun protection and supportive skincare between sessions, so remodelling collagen matures flat, soft, and even-toned.
