Clinic policies

We’re committed to exceptional care and clear expectations. These policies apply to all treatments, packages, and skincare purchases — by booking a consultation or treatment, you acknowledge and agree to them.

  1. Privacy

    Your personal and medical information is treated with the utmost confidentiality and shared only with team members directly involved in your care and treatment.

  2. Pricing & Payment

    All treatments and packages are subject to 5% GST; skincare products are also subject to 7% PST. A 2.5% service charge applies to credit card payments.

  3. Changes, Cancellations & Missed Appointments

    An active credit card is required on file when booking your first appointment. Changes or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, and missed appointments, are subject to a $100 fee charged to the card on file.

  4. Appointment Fees

    Appointments with a price indicated on our Jane booking page — including all New Client Services and certain Returning Client Services — require payment at the time of booking.

  5. Refunds

    Consultations are non-refundable if you do not proceed with treatment within 3 months; if you do proceed, the consultation fee is applied to your treatment cost. All treatments are final and non-refundable. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, and must be used within two (2) years of purchase.

  6. Image Use

    Some images on this website or in clinic may be stock images or supplier-provided images, used for illustration only. Images of actual Serene Rejuvenation patients are clearly identified in the image or accompanying text. To see examples of actual patient results, please contact us directly.
