01Understanding

What’s really
going on

Lines form for two different reasons: repeated muscle movement creases the skin (frown and forehead lines, crow’s feet), while collagen loss lets the surface thin and fold (etched lines, crepey texture). The right treatment depends on which type you have — most people have both.

Movement lines respond best to neuromodulators like Botox® and Xeomin®. Etched lines and thinning skin respond to collagen-rebuilding treatments: HALO®, ProFractional™, TRL™ resurfacing, or SkinTyte®. Dr. Sarai will map your lines and build a plan that treats each cause directly.

Not sure which treatment is right for you? Every plan starts with a physician consultation — your skin, assessed properly.

02Your Options

How we treat it

Chosen — never prescribed by default. Which of these is right for your skin is decided together, at consultation.

03The Plan

Three Steps To Softer Lines

  1. Assess

Dr. Sarai maps your lines and identifies which are movement-driven and which are etched — because each type needs a different treatment.

  2. Treat

A combined plan that treats each cause directly: neuromodulators for movement lines, collagen-rebuilding treatments for etched lines and thinning skin.

  3. Maintain

Scheduled maintenance matched to how your skin responds — keeping results consistent rather than cyclical.
